Description
Otto Weidt, a broom and brush maker, showed tremendous courage in standing up to the Nazi terror. He managed to save many of his deaf and blind Jewish employees by arranging false papers, bribing Gestapo officials, and even hiding people in the back of his workshop. The small exhibit that now stands in Weidt's original workshop pays tribute to this brave man, featuring a moving video of survivors’ testimonies.
