The cultural hub of Berlin

Kulturforum in Berlin's center, grew out of the gloomy Cold War ghettos once prevalent in this area. City planners created a modern art and cultural center in the heart of the city. The center now houses everything from galleries a state library to various other museums for art, crafty, and music.
