Managed by a non-profit organization, this humble space serves as a haven for art and creativity that veer off the beaten path and away from the commercial. Its courtyards are adorned with street art and metal sculptures, and the building houses studios, offices, the underground 'amusement park' Monsterkabinett, the edgy-arty Eschschloraque Rümschrümp bar, and a couple of small museums dedicated to Jewish persecution during the Third Reich. During the summer, visitors can enjoy an art-house cinema outdoors.
